You is NOOOOOB! >:]

So today was freaking like 90 degrees outside, shitting hot. I decided not to go to the atkinson carnival because it's just too hot outside and plus there wasn't much things to do there anyways. Also we didn't have fake tickets so yea... I came home and did w/e. OK so the thing is, i came home and got on the computer. I was waiting till the laker and nuggets game but i fell asleep (like i always do for most of the playoff games) i woke up like a hour and a half or so later cause i was sweating due to the heat outside. So i was getting back on my computer to watch the game. But for some reason it didn't work. feeling a little strange i tried to fix it. this was like a new problem i'm facing so i didn't know how to fix it. so i tired to fix it for like 3 hours, and i finally decided to give up. Then my sister goes to the main pc where the modem is connected to, did something and got it working again... -.- she doesn't know anything about computers too... so.... fml. I watched a movie, pretty funny but too much sex related stuff :x OH YEA! so it's like 1:38 right now( i don't know why i'm not sleeping yet...) but today i was trying to call miguel based on the phone number i had in my phone book from a long time ago. When i called this women answered, so i was oop wrong number. No big deal right? but the thing is... she knows that i had the wrong number... but she called me back like 2 times today... wtf right? the last call was like 5-8 minutes ago. hecka messed up. i don't know if she's prank calling me or something... but yea... weird... :D

Big day. So today was the St John's parade and the Benson band was going to be in it. So i had to wake up early today as if it was a school day... at 7... sigh... got ready and got on the max to school. We got ready and stuff, got dressed, put on my hat and plume, got my gloves, and shined my trombone. We got a practice run and by then i was pretty confident that we're gonna do fine cause we had rehearsals where we sounds like crap, where we were all disorganized and where sometime no one would play. By then i knew it was going to be a great parade and a good day. So we got on the bus and drove down there. Once we got there, the first thing i noticed was this massive bunch of people this one school has for a band. They had like 100-150 people where we only have like 50 so they're like twice/triple our size. But they were only in middle school. Also i noticed that none of them were wearing school uniforms, they were just wearing a school tshirt and jeans... We had our blue and orange school band uniforms... people were looking at us... So we got into our spot and stood there for a while. For some reason we didn't start until like 12:30 and we got there like at 9.... so we waited for 2-3 hours in the hot sun. I walked around, looked at the other people's bands, floats, and got some food. So when we finally started, i didn't feel nervous. I felt kinda confident and felt calm. Maybe it's because i did this last year. So during the march, i played the most that i can and that i know which is about 2/3 of the first song and the whole pretty much the whole piece of the second music. During the march i sometime got off step but got back in. It was pretty hot, so i was dripping sweat from my noise and sweating on my forehead. It felt like just 10 min, but 30 min/ 2 mile of marching was over. Overall i felt that the band did a pretty good job. The crowd enjoyed the music we played, they cheered us, and yea. Pretty good march :]

So today i went to my 7th period anatomy like any other day. Expecting it to be a boring class and just wanna get it over with so i can go home. So i was out in the hall walking when Mary standing with ling. Mary then called my name out loud and told me to come over. So i waked up to her expecting that she wanted to just say hi or tell me something. So i stood there and then she said i have something to tell you. So i like bended down to her height and like moved in closer to her as if it was a secret. AND THEN, BAM! she goes and kisses me on the cheek.. -.- i was like ewwwwwwwwww. I then saw that she was laughing. So i went into the classroom like saying eww the whole way to my seat and as i went by others seem to be laughing and were saying "she did it?!" i was like what? everyone is in on this? o man... the betrayal... the violation.. haha T-T So later i asked others and turns out this was started at adventist between the 12:00 - 4:00 volunteers and they did this thing where it was kinda like a "dare" where they had to kiss a certain someone. yea.. totally lame.. So later on in class, apparently it was ling's turn to do it. haha it was kinda funny cause people were all gathered around matt when ling we over and asked him if she could kiss him. haha we made like this huge deal about it. haha when ling finally did it, we all like yelled "ooOoOo" haha and mrs callies and all the other people in class looked over. Then i went and like started this "marriage, marriage, marriage" chant haha funny. Fun day in ap :]

Well hosa conference is over, i consider it to be one of the best 3 days i ever had :] haha Didn't win any medals but i placed 5th in creative problem solving so i guess i was close? haha no, it's epic fail. Completely failed the knowledge tests, i thought you would get aleast one night or something to study for the test but they had them the day we got there so i didn't get to study T-T Medical terminology was freaking long and hard. There were 100 questions and i only like answered 10-20 of them. But Joanna got first, and she deserves it can i've seen her reading through medical term worksheets from mrs koch last year. Proud of you noob :] so it sucked for me but night time was pretty fun.

Day 1
We got into our room and went around to others' room around us and started to mess around. People would constant come into our room, "i was like why are you guys always in here?!" Fun time :] At night we went out to try to get some dinner but red robins were closed so we started to wonder around in our like 12 people group trying to find a restaurant to get some food. We walked around like the whole mall(outside) trying to find a restaurant thats open. We went to every possible restaurant but no luck. So we went back to the hotel and ordered pizza at like 11:30 at night haha. When we went to sleep was pretty funny. I was constantly like heating up when in the bed but shawn and wilson didn't feel it was hot. Shawn and matt were sleeping in tanks so i was saying that their nipples were touching ahahahahahaha XD AND WILSON SNORES HELLA LOUD haha no joke. we (shawn, matt, and I) all heard it. it was beastly. So that was the first day there.

Day 2
So our morning started with Ling coming into our room to wake wilson up cause wilson claims that a alarm clock can't wake him up. But he woke up on time anyways so ling was not needed. So when ling came into our room at 7:45 with matt's key others followed and came in; Viet, Jim, Sandra D. Janine, Jing, Sandra V., and May. yup, no privacy. So they were all in our room, and the thing was, matt was not dressed. The girls were like constantly in our room so matt was stuck in his sheets trying to cover up. We were constantly making fun of matt, making it harder for him to get out. It took like an hour before matt would get dressed haha. We went out to red robins for breakfast where i was punching Piaoling with every yellow or volkswagen beetle car i saw. haha it became kind of a contest between us trying to punch each other. After we were done we went back to the hotel and got in our swimming gear and went to the pool. The pool was FREEZING COLD! felt like ice water. holy crap. and it was dirty. After i got in, i quickly got out and went to the hot tube. it felt nice in there. nice and warm. Then i went into the sauna. I thought it was pretty hot in there already but shawn and viet thought that it needed to be like boiling hot. So we sat in there for like 15-20 min sweating like crazy. Jim was hella homo. He would sit there like slouching and every five minutes he would say that his belly button was full of sweat and he would yell out empty and he would freaking empty out the sweat. i was like, what the sh*t. So after that we went back to our rooms, showered and got ready for the meeting/ banquet dinner. The banquet dinner was pretty good and i got my ONLY "award" which was the Barbra James award for my volunteer hours which was a certificate. Congrats to everyone that got an award. So after that we went back to our rooms where we got back into our casual clothes. There was a dance, so I went along with others. It was a pretty fun time. I didn't do any real dancing i was just jumping up and down haha people we like you dance ok, i was like i was just jumping up and down. Wilson, Tri, and Christina was like statues just standing there. haha so what like a bunch of guys and girls did were we go in a group and like just drag wilson out and like just started to dance around him hahahahahaha he was like sooooooo uncomfortable XD funny. so after that was done we back to our rooms and took a shower. When i was trying to sleep, wilson, shawn, and matt were like singing their own individual chinese songs so i couldn't really sleep. but eventually they stopped.

Day 3
So i was kinda woken up by wilson's crazy snoring. But it was cool cause i need to get up for my event anyways. Creative problem solving. It was basically they give us a topic, which was something about promoting good health and appearance. My group (phoebe, lily, shirley and I) didn't really know what to say. We just wrote some stuff down on the poster and presented it. When we presented we had like alot of time left so I had to make stuff up to waste time and maybe get some more points. The others didn't say anything so i had to say everything and make stuff up. but i think it went ok, got 5th. So when we were done we had to go back to our rooms and started to pack up cause it was the last day and we had to be out of our room by 11 T-T So i had 4 hours before we had a meeting so i went to the valley river mall or w.e and just walked around. The mall wasn't that great, no real good stores. When it was 3 were had a closing ceremony and handed out more awards. When it was 4 we started to load the bus. It was kinda sad that the experience was over already. So we were headed back in a 2 hour long drive. Most people fell asleep on the ride and so did i. So when i was sleeping viet resting his head like on my shoulder. After like 20 mins, my arm was like going numb so i had to shake viet off. When i did that i found that viet had drooled on me.... -.- freaking gross so after that i didn't let him sleep on me anymore haha.

Conclusion
I really enjoyed hosa conference. I enjoyed how all my friends were like next or 2 rooms away. I'm gonna miss that. I'm gonna miss making cup of noodles with the coffee maker. I'm gonna miss watching playoff games with others and cheering our team on. I'm gonna miss going into others rooms trying to find someone. I'm gonna miss being with my friends 24 hours a day. I'm gonna miss going out to eat with my friends. I'm gonna miss late nights tv and food eating. I'm gonna miss tying a tie cause i have to. I'm gonna miss it all..... Hope that my parents will let me go again next year cause i'm gonna be looking forward to all these things and also having another chance to get a medal cause i now know what to expect.
